You can already hit. So why aren't you improving?
You've done months, or a year, of group classes. You go two or three times a week. And you still have the same low guard, the same kick that doesn't turn, the same mess in the clinch. It's not a lack of hours. It's that in a class of 20, nobody has time to watch yours. That's what a personal coach is for.

I'm not here to replace your coach or your club. I'm here to do what doesn't fit in a group: watch you, for sixty minutes, and tell you the truth about what you're doing wrong.
The five flaws nobody corrects in a group class.
I've seen them in hundreds of gym students who arrived convinced they were advanced. It's not their fault or their coach's. It's the format.
The guard drops when you strike
When you throw the cross, the other hand comes down. On the bag nothing happens. In sparring you pay for it. Fixed in two sessions with corrected repetition on every strike.
The kick doesn't turn the hip
A leg kick, not a hip kick. Pretty on video, weak on the pad. The difference between a kick that hurts and one that doesn't is in the standing foot.
The clinch is a hug
You grab and wait. The clinch is head control, angles and off-balancing. It's the part least taught in groups and the one that changes your Muay Thai the most.
Fixed distance
Always the same distance from the opponent. Entering, striking, exiting on an angle: that's taught one-on-one, by someone pushing you out of your comfort zone.
Defence by reflex, not by reading
You block after you've been hit. Reading the shoulder, the foot, the weight shift. That takes repetitions with immediate feedback, not a coach on the other side of the room.
Your gym stays your gym. I'm the one who watches you.
The format that works best for people who already train in a group, without leaving the group.
Assessment session
Sixty minutes. You show me how you strike, we do pads and some technical work. I come out with a list of three things, in order of priority.
One session a month, or every two weeks
We work one thing in depth. You take two or three drills to practise in your group until the next one.
Video between sessions
You send me 30 seconds of shadowboxing or bag work on WhatsApp. I send back one correction. No charge, it's part of the work.
Fight preparation, if that's you
Strategy, corner, fight plan. I've been in the corner of UFC and Rizin fighters. I know what's needed and what isn't.
Who I've shared the mats and the corner with.

Questions from people who already train.
Do I need a personal coach if I already go to group classes?
Not automatically. First identify which skill and which feedback you're missing. If you've had the same flaw for six months, the answer is yes: nobody's going to correct it for you in a group of 20.
Isn't it disrespectful to my coach?
No. Any serious coach knows they can't watch everyone in a group. Many of my students come recommended by their own coach. If you'd rather we talk, I'm happy to.
How often?
One session a month already changes things if you practise what you take away. Every two weeks is the sweet spot for someone training in a group three times a week.
Do you work MMA and Jiu-Jitsu too?
Yes. I'm a purple belt in Jiu-Jitsu and I work the MMA transitions: takedowns, takedown defence and ground control. If your gym is an MMA gym, I fit.
Do you prepare people for competition?
Yes. Fight plan, strategy against a specific opponent, corner on fight day if it works out. We talk about it in the assessment.
How much does it cost?
€30 for a 60-minute session, €270 for the 10-pack. Video feedback between sessions is included.
One assessment session. Three things to fix.
€30, 60 minutes. You leave with a clear list of what's holding you back and what order to attack it in.
