Most of my students hadn't either. Session one starts from wherever you are, and I've seen every possible first jab.
Don't have gear?
Gloves, pads and shin guards are on me. Bring training clothes and water. That's it.
Need to reschedule?
Message me before the day and we move it, no charge. Life happens.

How much do Muay Thai lessons cost?
€30 for a 60-minute private session. €270 for the 10-pack, which works out at €27 a session. No joining fee or contract. Gloves included.
How fast will you reply?
Usually within a few hours, always the same day unless I'm mid-session or it's late at night.
Do I pay in advance?
No. Pay at the end, cash or Bizum. The 10-pack is paid when you decide to take it.
Where are the lessons?
Torre del Mar as the base. I travel to Vélez-Málaga, Nerja, Rincón de la Victoria and Málaga. The exact spot is confirmed when you book.
What if it's not for me?
You'll have spent €30 and an hour finding out, and I'll tell you honestly if I think so too. No pressure to continue.
Is it a group class?
No. Always one-on-one, or two people if you come together. There are no group classes.
